I had correspond with mike via email and phone. I got an up front quote on the model and in the end we even agreed to a substantial lower price then was quoted. I had reached out to other Acura dealers in the valley. And both of them said they would match any other offer. Yet the declined to give me their best offer over the phone or email. This is why I found Acura of Tempe to earn my business. They were upfront with me and felt very confident in giving me their pricing upfront compared to what I experienced with the other local Acura dealers. I went in to test drive the model. Ran some the numbers with him and came to a solid agreement on the purchase and trade. Mike was always treating me with patience and the way you would expect to be treated as a great customer and now new client. I would recommend Mike Thomas on your next Acura purchase. More
