Acura of Tempe

I am sure these guys are great at what they know, which is Acura, but I can't recommend purchasing any other brand of used luxury car from them. We recently purchased a used Volvo SUV here and it has proven to have some issues that the pre-sale prep should have definitely caught. We've had to have the AC compressor replaced and also the driveshaft. Also, the heated seats do not work (apparently not covered by our warranty, so deferred getting this fixed). Absolutely part of the blame falls on us for not testing every single item before purchase, but at the same time, this was mid-December and who thinks to test the air conditioning? Thankfully we purchased a warranty, as it has already paid for itself in less than 3 months. Other than the vehicle itself, the buying experience was OUTSTANDING. We were treated extremely fairly, the staff was gracious and friendly, the process was relatively quick and efficient and the parts of the showroom and waiting areas we saw were clean and comfortable. Go here for all your Acura needs, but pass on a used Volvo from these guys. More

big mistake taking my 2020 RDX to this place for service. Little did I know I was in for a disappointment as well. took longer than promised, service department is no where as clean as the other Acura dealerships across town but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. car was not fixed correctly and I was lied to and felt uncomfortable with personnel in that department.
