The process was simple. We were treated with respect. The sales people are attentive without being aggressive. Pricing was good. My battery died and once I had gotten a "jump" to get it started I went immediately to Acura of Tempe. I had just had the car serviced there the day before. They took the car in right away and determined started I went immediately to Acura of Tempe. I had just had the car serviced there the day before. They took the car in right away and determined the battery had gone bad and replaced it. I was able to pick the car up within 2 hours with no charge for the quick work. The check in process, including the interaction with the service advisor went very well. The customer lounge was comfortable, but not that well stocked.
