I bought my MDX in 2014 for a great price and smooth sales process. I've been taking my car for servicing since then although I live in North Phoenix. We were very happy with the service we we received from David Willott. During the service it was discovered that the rear differential drain bolt casing threads were found to be distorted. The fix was to David Willott. During the service it was discovered that the rear differential drain bolt casing threads were found to be distorted. The fix was to replace the rear differential under warranty. The new differential was expedited and our RDX was ready in a few days. More
If I could rate this dealership zero stars that would be my choice. If you're in the market for used I would go elsewhere, misleading, unethical, irresponsible business practices is what you'll find. The salesman Charles assured me this vehicle passed a multi-point safety inspection, meanwhile upon further inspection from a responsible Honda shop found the rear brake pads were completely down to the minimum thickness which is a safety hazard,the vehicle was 60,000 miles overdue on a critical service interval of the timing belt and water pump which if fails would be a catastrophic end to your engine. Acura of Tempe had all of the prior service records to the vehicle and failed to make the vehicle safe and up to par for critical maintenance. I made several attempts to make contact with the GM Todd Moore who failed to return any of my calls of trying to rectify my concerns, unacceptable. In order to make to vehicle safe I had to pay $1,500 just to make the car roadworthy and to avoid catastrophic failure to my newly purchased Honda. More
