Finally, an honest dealership I have long dreaded using a dealership for parts; as I have a storied history of being screwed by the vast majority of dishonest dealerships out there I have long dreaded using a dealership for parts; as I have a storied history of being screwed by the vast majority of dishonest dealerships out there. Hence my reluctance to utilize the parts department of Acura at Serramonte. To my pleasant surprise my interactions with Kris changed my attitude altogether. Which prompted this review. It’s not everyday you come across someone that’s actually knowledgeable. Someone whose passion for everything automobiles is apparent within the first few seconds of your conversation. Kris was able to provide me with the right part, rather then take me into the deep underbelly of BS to which I have become accustomed. For that I’m thankful. Thankful for a renewed trust in dealership part departments. More

Fast, no hassle experience. I was shown something I wanted by Kris and he didn’t even work in sales. Trying to find the perfect vehicle can be an "experience" usually one that isn't fast and easy. We all know what were looking for but finding it at the right price is usually the hard part. Well long story short, I gave the Kris here at Acura a call and told him what I was exactly looking. While he informed me they didn't have anything at the time on their lot matching my exact needs, he insured me they would keep in touch and help me find something that would fit my needs and price. After a few weeks of back and forth going over different vehicles that matched my description they found me exactly what I wanted. I didn't have to lift a finger which was fantastic. I didn't waste anytime. As soon as the vehicle was ready I headed down to Acura of Serramonte; went for a test drive, filled out paper work and was out of there with my "new" used car. Kris went what I felt was out of his way to find me this car and to make sure everything went smoothly and hassle free for me. The day the car was ready he was scheduled for a day off, and just came in while i was there to make sure everything was perfect. I cant thank him enough for the outstanding service I received. I would highly recommend him and Acura of Serramonte to everyone and anyone looking to get a new vehicle. More
