I’ve been to this dealership in the past with my brother, now I’m coming here. I also have a friend whose family has purchased several vehicles from AoS over the years. They’ve remained very friendly, flexible, and my favorite, have held a no pressure approach. I had an oil change on a Saturday morning, they said an hour and half. I had the vehicle back in 55 mins. My service advisor Thomas and Parts Advisor Warren were both friendly, professional and prompt communicators. Warren helped me secure a great price on a set of tires and Thomas kept me updated throughout m both friendly, professional and prompt communicators. I left paying less for better tires, an alignment and an additional service (transmission fluid drain/refill) than I had quoted at another tire/mechanic shop. I came in without a appointment for an oil change-Ilene Osorio was my service advisor. She estimated about 1.5 hour wait. About 1 hour later she came to tell me my car was ready and she also had it washed Osorio was my service advisor. She estimated about 1.5 hour wait.
