Always a good experience Acura of Ramsey I am on my fourth Acura MDX that I purchased or leased from Acura of Ramsey. I have always had good experience during the purchase/lease negotiation I am on my fourth Acura MDX that I purchased or leased from Acura of Ramsey. I have always had good experience during the purchase/lease negotiations and the service has always been top notch. This week I brought in my 2019 MDX for service. MaKing the appointment was easy and when I arrived at the dealership the service technician, Roberto Trujillo, took care of me immediately. He explained the work that was going to be done, told me how much it was going to cost and told me that it would take approximately 1 and 1/2 hours to finish it. The work was done in one hour and that the car had been washed. I was totally satisfied with the service and the cost was reasonable. Roberto was interested in making sure I was pleased with the service and asked me to call me if I had any questions. Overall a great experience. That is why I keep 9n coming back to Acura of Ramsey.
