Service Well I been to this dealer ever since i had my first MDX. From beginning Sales were great they treat me well and some point i feel comfortable enough Well I been to this dealer ever since i had my first MDX. From beginning Sales were great they treat me well and some point i feel comfortable enough to talk about thing you would share with your friends. and for the service matter people knew me and they took care me like I'm there best friend. For second time for service I had issues with my credit card and couldn't get the loaner car but service manager knew who i was and wave that charge for me. I never been to car dealer who do that to customer. other dealers they try to last drop out of you but this dealer went out of way to help you and you more benefits. I would Highly recommend to everyone who is interested in Acura. More

I felt appreciated Ron did a great job from the moment I walked in the door. He listened to my description of the problems, got me a loaner, and promised me a follow-up Ron did a great job from the moment I walked in the door. He listened to my description of the problems, got me a loaner, and promised me a follow-up later in the day. When he called as promised, he described all of the issues found with my car, let me know that there were TSBs out for most of them, and explained my options for the normal wear items that needed to be addressed. When I returned to pick up my car, he had everything ready for me, and got me on my way quickly. Fortunately the big ticket items were covered under warranty, and I have no idea what the service will be like when I am paying my own way, but when the time comes to address something else on my 2014 MDX, I will give Ramsey a try ...
