Always excellent service Service appointments are always on time. I have been dealing with Acura of Ramsey since 2001 and I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience. Nice visit for oil change (34.95 with coupon, which is great) and a couple of warranty covered repairs. Promised 45 minutes...was out the door in a bit over an hour. Lounge downstairs needs an upgrade. Really not what you would expect at a luxury dealership. Upstairs lounge is nicer, and allowed me to work while car was being serviced. Everyone is very pleasant there. More

Service but not the politics Tom was great and professional. The car was completed when he said it would be. They were inappropriate. Your service department is place of business not political views. I have know the manager Joe Rauch for 32 year since 1986 when I purchased my first Honda from him at Mahwah Honda. I then purchased another car from him when he was Acura of Ramsey. In 2017 when I deciding on a RDX I knew I that no matter where I shopped the car it was going to be bough at Acura of Ramsey. I have 2017 RDX that I got last July-August. I have brought my here for service. After MR. Cohen made those inappropriate comments I went upstairs to speak with the manager. I was told that Joe Rauch was off. I spoke with Ellio and several other gentleman who asked what had happened. When I told exactly what happened they all agreed that was appropriate. I received a call from Joe, the manager who I know for 32 years and at the end of the conversation he said to me "Get OVER Myself" More
