The Sale Rep "Brian Waters" was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and assisting me with my 2019 new Acura Purchase. I had so many questions which were answered accurately and timely. I had gone to three other dealers in the course of a month before going to Ramsey Acura and each one played games with me. Such as quoting a price and then coming back to me saying that the price was accidentally based off an older year model and then raising the price. Brian was honest and didn't try to force anything on me and got me in my new car within 2 hours. He helped me through the entire process and talked to me like a person and not a salesman. Will definitely come back to Ramsey when my lease is up. More

A Very Successful Leasing Experience I've just taken possession of a brand new 2019 Acura TLX Advanced. This lease is my second consecutive one for an Acura. From the very beginning of t I've just taken possession of a brand new 2019 Acura TLX Advanced. This lease is my second consecutive one for an Acura. From the very beginning of the process, I knew that I wanted to stay with Acura because they offer some really wonderful perks for returning leasers, and I loved my 2015 TLX. Therefore, I visited all four Acura dealers that are with fifty-mile radius of my home. Most of them were a great deal closer, but the furthest away was approximately fifty miles away. This search also included the dealership from which I had leased my 2015. In other words, I have become an expert in searching for an Acura. The best part of this search was that it brought me to Acura of Ramsey. Fairly early on in my dealings with them, I sensed that this was where I would get my new car. And here's the kicker, the deal I got from them was not necessarily the best one in terms of cost, but it was certainly amazingly close and totally fair. Frankly, the difference between it and the best one was minuscule or as they say "chump change or probably less than the cost of an average lunch. " It was easily erased and absorbed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at Acura of Ramsey. First and foremost, I must pay tribute to Ericka Grudinina, my sales associate. She worked tirelessly to get me into the car I wanted. This took some extra effort because a Lunar Silver with black interior TLX Advanced is not an everyday version of the car. She was always wonderful personally, and , as noted above, professionally too. I realize that it is certainly in a sales associate's best interests to make you feel as if they have your best interests in mind, but in Erika's case, I truly feel that her actions were genuine. Besides being a very capable sales person, she is a remarkably nice person. I won't say that she had me at hello, but she certainly had me at good-bye or until next time. As a result, I have a new Acura, and I am very pleased and happy. By the way, now that I have had the car at home for a few days, I know that I made the right choice. As I have already stated, the exact car that I wanted is not your everyday TLX. Consequently, some extra efforts were needed to secure one for me that fully met my specifications. Here is where Sales Manager Stu Fogler came into the process. I guess that Stu takes care of matters such as this. He promised me that he would do whatever it was that he could do to secure the exact car I wanted for me. I was assured by Ericka that Stu could perform magic in this regard. She was totally correct. Stu, as promised , performed his "magic" with aplomb. Within two days of his promising me that he would get me a car, Erika called me and said, "We've gotten you a car." A delivery day was set up, and the rest (as they say) is history. Overall, there was no one involved in the entire process who deserves anything less than great praise. Aldo Nervegna of the Finance Department was personable , professional, reassuring, and amazingly efficient. He made that part of the process into more of a friendly and warm chat. It worked very well. I left his office understanding everything that had transpired and felt further assured that I had dealt with the right dealership. Finally, there is Jeff Carver from the Service Department. He was helpful and gracious and went above and beyond the call to fulfill a request that I had. I am deeply appreciative for his efforts. So , as you can see, if you are considering an Acura and are in the lower Hudson Valley, Bergen County, NJ, or even further away, Acura of Ramsey is the dealership for you. More

In my experience, Ramsey Acura is both competent and timely in providing service, and I highly recommend them. More
