Honest, caring professionalism. Once again, I brought my Acura TL to Ramsey Acura for routine service. A few items of possible or potential concern were shared but were presented in an honest and balanced way so that I was then in a position to prioritize my decision to elect any additional work to be done at this time as well. In the end, I decided to have a few items added to the service but felt comfortable in making the choices I made. The overall friendly approach also ended with help in reinstalling the wi-fi cellphone interface with the Acura, which I wasn't comfortable with and a personalized "extra" I appreciated very much.
