They were inappropriate. Your service department is place of business not political views. I have know the manager Joe Rauch for 32 year since 1986 when I purchased my first Honda from him at Mahwah Honda. I then purchased another car from him when he was Acura of Ramsey. In 2017 when I deciding on a RDX I knew I that no matter where I shopped the car it was going to be bough at Acura of Ramsey. I have 2017 RDX that I got last July-August. I have brought my here for service. After MR. Cohen made those inappropriate comments I went upstairs to speak with the manager. I was told that Joe Rauch was off. I spoke with Ellio and several other gentleman who asked what had happened. When I told exactly what happened they all agreed that was appropriate. I received a call from Joe, the manager who I know for 32 years and at the end of the conversation he said to me "Get OVER Myself" More
