Great Experience The folks in the Services division of Acura Ramsey are friendly, flexible, honest and trustworthy. They performed an A1 service (oil / filter change, The folks in the Services division of Acura Ramsey are friendly, flexible, honest and trustworthy. They performed an A1 service (oil / filter change, tire rotation, fluid check / fill), rear brake service and an alignment in only a couple of hours and charged a very reasonable price. They also performed a complimentary diagnostic and provided guidance into upcoming repairs but with no pressure to perform the repairs immediately. I've historically avoided dealership service centers but have no issue taking my car to Acura Ramsey for service. I highly recommend them. More

They're always accommodating, always up front, and they never seem to be manipulating you. And that applies to Sales and the Business Manager. My most recent experience was with Peter in Sales, who initially was very upfront that the car we were looking for was probably not in our budget, but he worked w/ us on it anyway on it before eventually finding a price match on a different model that were weren't even looking at that I am driving today. And Aldo the Business Manager was both clear and quick in his processing of the paperwork and even pointed out an error that was made in my favor - that he corrected and called himself out on. It was an absolute pleasure all around. More
