There wasn’t any follow up from the sales associate following my test drive and strong interest in a particular model. I provided my cell number & e mail address.and heard nothing over several weeks- no updates on availability of the RDX model that I wanted.Annoyingly my husband received an e mail and the car wasn’t even his purchase but his email address must have been in the system from the past.When I got to work with Erika the situation greatly improved & she was proactive in contacting me & following up.
