Salesman was very professional and attentive I leased a 2020 RDX, for a vehicle that has so much technology you should have a Geek deliver the car like Best Buy, Ramsey BMW or Prestige Mercedes. I leased a 2020 RDX, for a vehicle that has so much technology you should have a Geek deliver the car like Best Buy, Ramsey BMW or Prestige Mercedes. My salesperson Charles did a great job, but when I got home I had to spend about an hour to learn how to use the touch pad, set up my radio and navigation and pair my phone. I recently leased a BMW from Ramsey BMW and they had a tech guru sit on the passenger side to help me set up and use all functionalities BMW had to offer. More

These guys are BAD NEWS I contacted the Internet sales division of Acura of Ramsey and received a response from a gentleman who called himself Eddie Gonzalez. I informed him I contacted the Internet sales division of Acura of Ramsey and received a response from a gentleman who called himself Eddie Gonzalez. I informed him that this was to be a purely INTERNET sale and, NOT to contact me by phone. This pest called me at least 10 times, even after being told by me to STOP. All I wanted for him to do was quote me his best price on a very specific car. I Itemized everything about the car and the terms of the lease. This idiot just didn't get it. When I finally got a quote it was outrageously more than any other dealer quoted within 100 miles of him. I wrote to him and have called him on several occasions informing that I would NOT be buying a car from him and informed him why. It's now a month later and today I received 3 more emails and two phone calls. How stupid are these guys. Unless you're lonely and want to be pestered and annoyed DO NOT CONTACT THESE GUYS. More
