I had done a ton of research into buying a new vehicle and according to every authoritative report I read, the Acura MDX ranked at or near the top of its class of vehicle. On my first visit there I was lucky to meet Charles Neustadt, and he was the person we interacted with most during the leasing process. Charles is an excellent salesperson, but also a genuinely nice and decent person. He was patient in answering all my questions and was NOT pushy in trying to get me to commit on the spot. On the day we acquired our MDX we were very professionally and politely looked after by Charles and Aldo Nervegna. And since we drove away in our new MDX we haven't been able to stop taking it out for a spin. It's an absolute delight to drive and we're very much looking forward to enjoying it in the years ahead.
