They only do what is necessary and always look to ways in which they can save the customer money, either through a discount on parts and labor, or eliminating jobs that don't need to be done. For example, I brought the car in for a B1 service and they informed me that the "1 service option" was not necessary as the tires were already in the right positions. They also offered me a loaner and it was an upgrade to my vehicle. More
