The reason I gave this dealership a "5" rating is because I got a great greeting the moment I walked into the dealership by several employees. Mr. Nevruzian was my salesman and was extremely accomodating. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I was served coffee as soon as we sat down and he spent alot of time explaining the difference in all the models. I had no intention of buying an Acura when I walked in but wound up leaving that day with a brand new Acura TL. He told me he would take my Honda Accord and take care of everything. The assistant manager Stu was delightful as well as the manager Mike. I had nothing but a very positive experience and as a result, I have recommended this dealership to all my friends. I even told the men at this dealership that I never had such a nice experience as this dealership that is located in Ramsey, New Jersey. More

I have bought at least 10 new autos in my life and this latest purchase was the smoothest I ever had. No bs and CRAP just straight answers from my salesman,David Schnapper. This Guy and the manager Stu at Ramsey Acura went all the way to assist me in finding the right vehicle to suit my family's needs. First of all Dave came to work on his day off because I was flying to Hong Kong, so It was the only day I could pick it up. He had no problem coming in. Stu gave me such a good feeling, he is no way a regular car sales manager, he is more like a kind caring individual. When I cam back from Hong Kong I stopped by Acura because I had forgotten a few things (how to set up the memory seats and my bluetooth. David was there put his lunch on the side and helped me set it up. Well actually he did the whole thing. Stu also came out and asked me how I like my new Acura!!!! This Place is Great Bravo Bravo... If I am ever in the market for another Acura product I will head back to David S. No pressure, No lying, No BS, just pure honesty and integrity. More

I bought my Acura RL 5 years ago and had a good experience. I already knew I wanted the car and did not need to test drive etc. Mitch was really helpful and confirmed the car and color I wanted was experience. I had done my homework and knew about the rebates and knew the low price for the car(more than $11k off sticker). The only part of the experience I did not need was having to sit down with the F&I guy Howard Polman. I understand that he was doing his job trying to sell basically worthless add ons such as 'Environmental Paint Protection" but I could see he was frustrated that I did not but anything. Overall though this was a good dealership to buy from, They had what I wanted and were willing to deal and Mitch Gruick was a pleasure to work with. More
