the atmosphere was really good but the sales guy i got was not great we have to wait for long even after we had appointment then he came apoligize me that the other person taking long time so please excu was not great we have to wait for long even after we had appointment then he came apoligize me that the other person taking long time so please excuse i under stand when our turn came he left and went other customer and taking care then i asked manager to give another sales person he was not willing because its intenet sales when i brought the car he took time to explain all thing and took a test drive too the price was attractive i brought it from them then my accura had hands free issue on the day i purchased and drive to home. so i called they blamed my i phone is not updated it may cause interferance then when i update same issue hands free keep dropping then when i said i updated my iphone the explaination was it may be not compactable More

My husband and I have been married for 37 years and we have bought many new and used cars. I have found this Acura dealership to be the best by far. I bought a 2006 maxima and when I took the car off the have bought many new and used cars. I have found this Acura dealership to be the best by far. I bought a 2006 maxima and when I took the car off the lot, I found there was a problem with the transmission. I called and spoke to the G.M. Joe Rauch and he told me to bring the car in ,the service department checked it out and there was a problem with the transmission. While they had the car they gave me a loaner to use and Joe and his service team found some more small problems and they were all fixed. By the time I took the car off the lot again it was riding like a brand new car. I would recommend this dealership to everyone, they made me feel very at ease. I found from the sales department dealing with Mike to the service department to the G.M Joe Rauch they were all great. Thank you for all your help and I give you all two thumbs up..
