My experiences with car dealerships have not been great until I went to Acura of Ramsey. Being a single female looking for a car can be intimating but meeting with David Schnapper made the experience grea until I went to Acura of Ramsey. I worked with Stu on the phone and then in person and he was great. Everything he said he would do ,he did! I picked up the car and JB had me in and out in 15 minutes. Great car buying experience! The positive.. David Schnapper was very good to work with, very good communication. He gave a good honest price. The Bad... Everytime I went into the dealership the receptionist at the front was never with, very good communication. He gave a good honest price. The Bad... Everytime I went into the dealership the receptionist at the front was never there and there was know one to help. I had to go up to various employees for help. JB Navarro is the worst business manager I've ever dealt with. The day I bought my car, he took forever to get to me, by nearly 1hr plus wait. My poor salesman had to keep apologizing for this guys wait.. Little did I know...On top of that when I tried buying the extended warranty from him and left him numerous emails and voicemails. He never contacted me back, even 1 week later. The dealership gave me the poor excuse that they are too busy. I ended up speaking to his boss, Michael. Which brings me to another point.. pricing.. this dealer offered a great price on the vehicle, but will not deal on anything else. Even Michael wouldn't budge on the extended warranty price, yet several other Acura dealers will offer it for much less than the one I bought my car from. The would not budge on their over-priced remote start. Their $600 remote start you can get done by any high quality shop for $250. SERVICE.. on top of that.. I brought my car in for a service appt at 1:30pm. I was there nearly 2hrs for someone to just test my rear shocks.. really? They were not that backed up. When I first came into the service area, there was know one to help me. PARTS.. completely clueless.. I had to give them their own Acura parts numbers, they have a poor excuse of a person for the parts dept that doesn't know an oil filter from his elbow... Bottom line.. David is very good, the rest of the staff stinks. Beware... Buy your car there but go to any other Acura dealer for other services. More

Overall, Ramsey Acura had the best selection of used MDXs. I also liked not being prejudged by the salesmen... like some of the other dealerships... I guess some people assume that only people in suits MDXs. I also liked not being prejudged by the salesmen... like some of the other dealerships... Everyone at this dealership was courteous and professional... the management of this dealership should be very proud their staff! More

Jon was very helpful, running outside to pull up cars for us to test drive in the pouring rain. He really went out of his way to give us the details of how the car operates and made the whole sales process us to test drive in the pouring rain.
