My first experience with ramsey acura was July of 2010 and my sales rep was Artie Nevruzian. He as well as Stu Fogler had made my visit very pleasant and i was very pleased with the service since then. and my sales rep was Artie Nevruzian. My mom and I went to Acura to lease a new car for me, and over all it was such a great experience for us ladies. OMG THIS WILL GET TO THE POINT QUICKLY. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS OF THIS DEALERSHIP. HAVE PURCHASED/ LEASED MANY CARS FROM HERE. This was my first experience with Acura and I must say I am so thrilled that it was with Acura of Ramsey! From the moment my husband and I walked in to meet with Stu Fogler, we were treated like old friend am so thrilled that it was with Acura of Ramsey! From the moment my husband and I walked in to meet with Stu Fogler, we were treated like old friends! Even though it was late in the evening, he took his time to understand what we were hoping to do. Every challenge and concern I presented was met with reassurance that he would do everything possible to meet our needs. I knew exactly what I wanted, exactly what we could afford monthly, and exactly what we needed to get for the vehicle we were trading in. Stu was compassionate and extremely competent and I had no doubt he could make something work for us. He stayed in close touch with me the next morning, outlining exactly what he needed from me to finalize our purchase. Within 24 hours of our first visit with Stu, we were back, getting a full hands on tutorial and driving home in our brand new Acura RDX (perfectly prepped, I might add)! It was an amazing experience and Stu Fogler is an amazing guy! I have already recommended him to everyone I've encountered since my purchase, and will continue to do so!
