I negotiated a price that beat Edmunds' "True Market Value" price with no drama. For financing I scoured local and on-line banks for the best rate. I expected JB would match it. I was delighted when he beat it by 20 basis points. There is a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction at this dealership. Case in point: Two days after I took delivery of my MDX I noticed the traffic monitoring function in the Nav system was not active. I went back to the dealer. Rather than simply shuffle me down to Service, Artie struggled to trouble shoot the problem. He couldn't. Soon the Service department was involved. There were calls to AcuraLink in California. Tom from Service offered me a car to take while they kept mine to hopefully fix the problem. I was very impressed with the sense of urgency everyone had to fix this problem! (The problem turned out to be a computer server glitch in California and had nothing to do with my car. It was fixed a couple days later.) More

I was recommended to Acura of Ramsey by my Uncle who has been leasing 2 cars at a time with this dealership for the last 8+ years. He told me how great the service would be and I am happy I didn't go anywhe been leasing 2 cars at a time with this dealership for the last 8+ years. He broke down all the numbers and explained everything. He worked hard to get me every incentive Acura offered in order to get me the best price which I very much appreciated since I was in college at the time. I loved my car so much, even after I said I would NEVER buy out a lease, I actually bought my TSX. I would never shop at any other Acura dealer, even though Ramsey is a great distance from my home in Kearny. Whenever anyone mentions buying an Acura to me I ALWAYS refer them to Acura of Ramsey! I myself had a 2003 TL from another dealership but decided to stick with Acura of Ramsey and Stuart ever since. I have leased 2 TLs, bought one 2012 TSX; my husband has leased 3 MDXs (and will be leasing another one soon); my son owned his RSX (the one that brought me to Stuart) and leased a TL; and my daughter owns an RSX. Needless to say, we are an Acura of Ramsey family with Stuart helping all of us with our purchases. Unfortunately, last week, I was rear-ended and my 2012 TSX was totaled. I called Stuart up and we are in the process of getting me "another" new car. Stuart is being very helpful and I am confident that he will do right by me. As soon as I get my "new" new car and my husband gets his new MDX, that will make a total 11 cars that my family has gotten from Acura of Ramsey since 2004. I, as well as my family members, have recommended the dealership and Stuart to friends and family and many have made purchases through Acura of Ramsey and Stuart and have been as satisfied as we are.
