While shopping and test driving a new Acura RDX, I visited a few dealerships in the Northern NJ area, including one in my town. He managed to make the entire process completely pain free and at no time did I feel that I was being given a run-around or confusing information. Mr. Gruick treated me with respect and helped me create the best package for the best price. Overall, the atmosphere is very friendly and consumer friendly- they treat you like family.
