My salesman, Maher Marhoumy, was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the features of my 2014 Acura TL. He gave me an excellent overview of the mechanical features of the vehicle. Although the deal is done, he was just as agreeable and helpful when I came back to ask a few more questions about the navigation system. It was not stressful negotiating the purchase. Maher's sales manager came out to greet me after my initial visit assuring me that he would work hard to make the deal happen if I returned. I get the feeling that it gave Maher the support he needed to close the deal. David Schnapper handled the paper work well. Since this was my first experience with leasing, I had many questions. He was knowledgeable and patient in answering them all. I had a very good experience with my 2005 TL which I also purchased at Ramsey Acura so I'm glad that I was able to do that again. I look forward to continuing to deal with Tom Sabiel who has been my service representative. He was friendly and helpful in keeping my 2005 Acura going relatively problem free for the last 8 years. They work a good deal of time to explain the available cars and then they look at the information on my IPAD for comparison and then presented me with a good working offer. Lease on 2011 Tiquan was up and was looking for a replacement vehicle. Narrowed it down to Honda Accord, Volvo S60, BMW 328i, Subaru Legacy and Acura. Went to White Plains Honda and could not test dr replacement vehicle. Narrowed it down to Honda Accord, Volvo S60, BMW 328i, Subaru Legacy and Acura. Went to White Plains Honda and could not test drive the Honda Accord V6 because there were none available. Tried Subaru but the wife thought it was too vanilla. Drove BMWs at Wide World and loved the cars. Went to Ramsey and drove the Volvo and then to Acura, dealt with David Schamberg (no longer there now at Nanuet Mercedes). David was very friendly and low key. He gave us the keys to the car and told us to take it on a test drive. We immediately loved the ride and handling. Dave gave us a good deal on a lease. However, when we went came back several days later to finalize the deal and pickup the car, Dave,the original Finance Manager was out that day and JB handled the paperwork. JB offhandedly informed us that Acura Finance couldn't give us the tier one financing and the price increased over $22 more a month. Needless to say we were quite shocked at this turn of events. JB thought Dave had called us to discuss the matter prior to coming in to pickup the car at the original deal price. Dave did not want to deal with the situation so he left it to JB to handle without letting JB know he had not contacted us. The sales manager then got involved and we ended paying a few dollars more per month but no where near the additional $22 a month they claimed was the new deal. One of the sales managers claimed it was no big deal and he figured he could handle the matter when we came in. We got everything straightened out. But they knew we were not happy and Dave Schamberg was equally surprised when we told him what had happened in the Finance office. A word of caution, before you shop for a car know the parameters of your credit score since this can effect the amount of the per month lease payments. Pleasurable doing business with Schamberg but the finance part brought us back to car buying reality. More

This was my third Acura TSX from this dealership and each visit is more pleasant than the last! Mitch and Stuart partnered to get me exactly the car I wanted within my budget. My elderly parents accompanied me and both Stuart and Barry went out of their way to make them feel comfortable during our visit. I also know from over 6 years experience that the service staff is equally as nice and accommodating and I look forward to seeing them for my first oil change. Knock on wood shouldn't be much more than that…it's a great car from a great dealership! More
