He always replied immediately to any of my silly/annoying questions and was very thorough in showing me all the different payment options and all the benefits I get by being part of the Acura family. He took care of any concerns I had even though it wasn't in his department since i didnt know who i was supposed to talk to for car issues or financing issues. Rafael also spent some time teaching me all the features of the car and was available at all times of the day to contact whenever I had any first time buyer questions. Buying my first car at the Acura of Ramsey was the best decision I made! So far so good! They really know how to take care of their buyers and how to take care of my car. went in to look at Acura MDX and we drove off in a new one 3 hours later ( managed to get all done including trade in and get the title for the old car from home). Left some CD and key chain with some store cards on it - it was FedEx'ed to my home in 24 hours - also a very nice touch to the entire experience. Highly recommend this dealership. When I decided that the Acura TL was the right car for me provided I could swing the monthly payments, Barry worked with me on the price, and he never seemed to get agitated throughout the negotiation period. When I picked up the car, Barry spent a great deal of time making sure I knew everything about the car. As the deal had already been completed, Barry had nothing to gain by spending all of that time with me (some other dealerships I have dealt with in the past have merely done a cursory walk through). I appreciate the courtesy and kindness he extended to me throughout the entire process. More

Buying experience was excellent - negotiated via text and came in and purchased a used MDX. Love the car. Amazing ride. Emailed and texted many times and Used Car Sales Rep just stopped replying - even though I insisted that this treatment was unacceptable. Our other car is a Lincoln MKZ and I have to say they treat us like a kind and a queen any time we come in. Acura of Ramsey, you have a lot to learn. More

I was looking for a used dependable vehicle for my sons 18th birthday. We went to a few dealerships before going to this one, but hadn't found the right car for him. When we came here, there were 2 vehicles we looked at. A gray TL and a black TL-S. The TL was nice had low miles and was in great condition, but when we spotted the TL-S, that was the one we were more interested in because it was so sporty looking. It's perfect for a teenage boy. It is so sporty and has all the bells and whistles one could ask for in a car. I couldn't believe how much the car came with. It had a few minor issues with it cosmetically, which the dealership took car of before we picked it up. We dealt with Manny Cordero, JB Navarro and Elio Perito. Real nice guys. I highly recommend them if you are shopping for a vehicle. Manny who we dealt with the most went above and beyond for us. He made sure my sons 1st car buying experience was a memorable one and I am truly grateful for everything that he did for us. I would highly recommend this dealership and ask for Manny when you go.
