Best leasing experience I ever had I originally came into the dealership with the attitude that I was not going to be able to afford an Acura AWD MDX/tech pkg. Rafael Figuereo was the internet manager who called me to come in. He worked out the numbers with me, with the approval of the sales manager Chuck proved me wrong. They gave me a great price for the car. I also traded in my car, and got the best value from this dealership, compared to others that I went to for pricing. The overall experience was great, they were not pushy with me at all to get the deal done and gave me time to think it through. I have had about 10 cars overall between all the members of my family (bought or leased). I have to say, this is by far the best car leasing/buying experience ever. Rafael and Chuck are a pleasure to do business with. If you are considering in buying/leasing an acura, I highly recommend you give Rafael a try and make sure Chuck is the sales manager that day as well. I am sure you will not be dissapointed. More

My only hesitation in labeling 'friendliness' as great rather than good is due only to my experience with those associates who I interacted with that were not directly involved in my purchase, as they seemed less than friendly when they realized that I was working with another salesperson. I expect that to be par for the course though in the sales business. Price negotiation was a fair and equitable process, as was the continual professionalism, helpfulness, and lack of pressure by the sales team that I dealt directly with, namely Rafael and Chuck. I am unable to rate my service experience as of yet, though their installation of additional vehicle options prior to my vehicle's delivery was both prompt and satisfactory. More

Elijah actually listened.. I have to say that I didn't even consider Acura of Ramsey at 1st thinking their prices would be a little higher because of the area and location. They had more of a selection and a range of vehicles that I wasn't even looking for but would consider because of price. It all started with an online inquiry and Elijah had called me to tell me that the vehicle I was looking at was no longer available. He then told me about the other pre-owned RDX that were still available. We went immediately the following morning and we had a time limit because we had to be somewhere at a certain time. He took the time to listen to my criteria of "wants" in my vehicle. We went for a test drive on 3 different RDX and then went inside to talk numbers. We literally left there to get where I had to be with my "new" vehicle. Elijah was an attentive salesman that really listened to my wants and needs. He wasn't pushy at all. I loved his personality and how great he got along with my six year old son. The whole experience from start to finish was less than 3 hours. I am extremely happy with my purchase! More

Not only did we find our best price here, but it seems that everyone in the place is friendly, whether or not they are your particular salesman. We have purchased twice from this dealership, with two different salesmen--Maher Marhoumy and Mitch Gruick. They are fantastic salesmen who have no hard-sell quality about them. Our son also bought a car from Maher Marhoumy, so we now consider him to be our "family dealer". I just can't recommend him highly enough. Parenthetically, this dealership is a considerable distance from our home. We have another dealership right nearby but left them right on the verge of a sale when they reneged on the promised price. We then went to Acura Ramsey, who not only gave us that price but even lower! It's worth the trip. Their service department is excellent as well. More
