No pressure, and also a courteous with a diligent staff especially during a busy Saturday afternoon. Would recommend and would also return for future business. Everyone we've encountered even down to the receptionist was diligent in their duties in order to move along the transaction. They are exemplary models of what good service can be and my wife and I were definitely impressed with their pre-owned sales team. They helped me with looking at my new car, helping with the price and accommodated me with anything I needed. I wasn't very excited about purchasing a new car after i had been in a car accident but the boys at the dealership helped me and made me feel safe. Manny helped me a lot and we test drove the car, kept in touch until i made the decision to purchase the car. Elio the used car manager made sure my car was in perfect shape before I left the dealership, and David the business manager helped me get a lower interest rate. Overall very happy with my service and love my new car! More

Trust me this will be your last stop. Shopping for a car is not easy, and some of us dread the day we step foot in a car dealer. The only way to make yourself feel like you have the upper hand is to walk into a dealer and study the sales man. If they approach you, just say you’re servicing your car- That’s it. This will give you a chance to pick the right salesman. I faced 3 dealerships before ending my search in this one, and boy was it hard- I heard it all. “If I give it to you at this price will you take it RIGHT NOW?” ummm no. I walked into Acura and right away I felt a sense of relief. A gentleman greeted, I asked to speak to a sales man about options. No problem, he said. Along came another gentleman Named Rafael. Now right off the back I knew this salesman was perfect- this person was not out to get me, he looked sincere, caring the type of person that will help you change a tire, or give you advise if you’re down on your luck. Right away I explained my situation- I was in a bad one so i didn’t expect to walk out with a car. But rafa broke down my options. We all know sales man get commission and some believe there in battle or some weird fight to win$$$$. Rafael was not like this AT ALL. I could have left the dealer gone to other place to compare this gentleman and I would have returned right back. After breaking everything down he then asked for a test drive. To me that’s perfect because I don’t want to test drive a car I can’t buy, so he did not waste my time at all. Curious about my future- with Acura. A very, very detailed sales man, very impressive. So at the end I bought him lunch (I felt like I needed to) prepped my car, filled up my tank and off I went. This is my third lease, but have gone to more than a dozen dealers with friends so I know if a sales man is either tricking you or helping you, and Rafael was here to help me and I thank him for that. If you decide to get an Acura please stop by this dealership and ask for Rafael, I guarantee you won’t have doubts walking out the door. See you in 36 months. More

However this one and the corresponding experience were a bit different... 1) the sales staff seem to enjoy their jobs, seem to actually enjoy their co-workers and place equal importance on the sale AND a satisfied customer 2) the negotiation process lacked the typical double-talk and disrespect ('you need to understand x about the car business, blah, blah). Instead we had healthy debate and landed on a price for both the car and the trade that didn't thrill either side but satisfied both The financing and remainder of the deal portion were really positive as well. My only small frustration was that my car had a small but visible scratch on the door when I went to pick it up. They had 10 cars for delivery that day and the detailing of the car (streaks on the seats, smudges on dash, doors etc.) may have been a bit rushed. That said, they are ordering me some touch up paint (on them) and I was easily able to buff out the streaks and smudges myself the next day), Again, so far the broader experience with the dealership (my sales rep, Elio the Sales Manager, Stu and the GM (who I met briefly) was quite positive and better than my experience at the other dealerships I've worked with over the last 20 years. More
