Deceptive pricing -- tacked on charges after buying car I bought an Acura MDX on Dec. 6, 2014. After paying for car, dealer tacked on additional charge 10 days later. This was done despite no paperwork me I bought an Acura MDX on Dec. 6, 2014. After paying for car, dealer tacked on additional charge 10 days later. This was done despite no paperwork mentioning additional charge when I bought the car. The original salesman (Robert Zimmer) was good. But the salesman/account person (David Schnapper) was impersonl and officious, hurrying me through the signing/closing process without giving me any paperwork about the additional, later charge. The general manager (Joe Rauch) was very unhelpful, even refusing my first two requests to email me the Acura USA Customer Service address so I could lodge a complaint. He finally gave me this info but, like Mr. Schnapper, left a very impression with me. Overall, a bad experience. Their haughty attitude is probably from treating many other customers the same way. More

Overall A+++ Experience I went in to have routine service done in the morning and had great service from Tommy. As I was leaving I inquired about another vehicle that I saw on the lot. I went in by Stuart, was greeted by my name and introduced to Manny for a test drive. He was so accomodating and amazing!!! He explained everything with no pressure at all. He was so courteous and knowledgeable that. I left with another car! Best deal around, gorgeous car, great staff!!!! Best dealership in NJ, I live an hour away and would drive 2 for such great customer service. This is our 6th car from Ramsey Acura. GREAT TEAM! More
