Excellent customer support and experience I planned for visit to Ramsey Acura for a test drive and check on the formalities on buying a pre-owned Acura MDX. I end up trade in my old car and bu I planned for visit to Ramsey Acura for a test drive and check on the formalities on buying a pre-owned Acura MDX. I end up trade in my old car and buying 2017 Acura MDX within 5 hrs. Mike Bohan walked through the process seamlessly and made this an excellent experience. I would recommend Ramsey Acura dealership. Super accomodating My car wouldn't start and I got a jump. I did not want to turn off the engine until I had the battery checked. I call Ramsey Acura at 12:30 and told t My car wouldn't start and I got a jump. I did not want to turn off the engine until I had the battery checked. I call Ramsey Acura at 12:30 and told them the story. They scheduled me for 1:30 and by 2:15 I had a new battery and was back on the road. By the way, when I got home I Googled batteries and found Ramsey's prices beat all others. Just an extra added benefit along with the complimentary car wash. Thank you Ramsey Acura. More

A pleasant car buying experience I purchased an Acura MDX with technology package on Saturday, January 18. Artie, our sales man, worked with us to get to a reasonable lease price.
