Everyone who works there is always as friendly as can be. They make the car buying process fast and easy. So much so that we have purchased 4 cars from them, and continue to send numerous people. I was satisfied with the customer service although I was disappointed to learn that an owners manual for my Acura TL 2004 would cost $167.00 to order. I think that is insane.
