Don’t do business with this dealer. Steve Soto, Service Manager, is unprofessional and dishonest. He does not respond to e-mails or calls after you make the purchase. You will be treate Steve Soto, Service Manager, is unprofessional and dishonest. He does not respond to e-mails or calls after you make the purchase. You will be treated horribly. Steve is a horrible manager. He’s verbally aggressive and unprofessional. Steve lied to me and had me waiting unnecessarily for months for a part covered under my warranty. He also was verbally aggressive when I asked him about the part and yelled me when I was advocating to be treated with respect and professionalism. More
My service was subpar. I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and a possible transmission problem. I was not notified by the Advisor on the status, had to call in and wa I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and a possible transmission problem. I was not notified by the Advisor on the status, had to call in and was told that they couldn’t give me a status until the following day. I was asked to come in to perform a test drive ( the technician was very nice) and then told that it would be two hours before they could complete my oil change…. 4 hours later, it was finally complete. The lack of communication by my advisor was unacceptable. I live in Saint Augustine which is 60 miles from the dealership so I am not able to drive home to wait for the completion of the service. I have purchased many Acura’s from this dealership and the Service I received was by far the worst I have experienced. More

This place sucks. Stay away. I’ve been dealing with wrong tires put on my car and them telling me that the right tires are on there. I spent over 1200$ and the tires were the wrong ones. Confirmed by another tires put on my car and them telling me that the right tires are on there. I spent over 1200$ and the tires were the wrong ones. Confirmed by another Acura dealership, which could get the tires fixed that same day since they were in stock at their place. Best part is when the service manager at Acura of orange park Jeff Hart kept saying the correct tires are on the car! So I show him what they other dealership said. He asked who it was like I did not know what I was talking about. So I tell him Duval Acura his reply is oh wait one second, he goes in the back comes back up and says I can get your tires in 3days. Remember this all started June 29th so on July 6th still nothing. So I call them and they say it will be 3 days. I let him know I will need a rental this time and it’s set to be dropped off Thursday at 4 so they can do it Friday. I have an emergency and ask if I could drop it off around 1 he said yes. I drop it off and behold the car is finished by 5:45. So 4plus hours when you be previous time it took over 7hrs to put four wrong tires on. I go back to get my car and drive it and seems to be driving way worse. I let him know it needs to be fixed and be driving smooth like it was when I first came in. His reply I’m not changing those tires out again, mind you this was their problem from the beginning. Than Jeff Hart goes to say even more if you keep the loaner it will be 60$ a day afterwards. I said I’m sorry that’s not how business is done. You take care of your customer and do it the correct way, his reply I put the tires on you wanted “the ones he never knew went on the car in the first place yet he’s the service manager” crazy rude and does not know anything. Stay away from here. My car drives worst than before and I still feel like they should not threaten to charge me 60$ a day while they fixed their issue they created. Long story short it’s July 15th and my tires do not ride smooth and 1200$ plus later the car is not smooth riding and I let him know that. He said it has 260k miles that’s how it rides. It’s only had 2 owners car was bought at Acura of orange park and it’s only been serviced at Acura dealerships. I let him know that’s now true the mileage does not have anything to do with how it rides when it’s been taken care of, only at Acura dealerships. “Jeff Hart continues being rude and says he doesn’t care he’s not changing the tires again. Which to me is weird since you get a 1 year warranty on them if anything’s wrong. Yet they are not willing to fix it. STAY AWAY!!!!! Run to a different Acura dealership. More
