THE Worst purchase experience i ever encountered in my life. i 've purchased 3 Lexus prior- all are positive experiences, but this time around I figured I would give Acura a try considering it is a luxury life. i 've purchased 3 Lexus prior- all are positive experiences, but this time around I figured I would give Acura a try considering it is a luxury option - “I found out the hard way.” The customer service is night and day when comparing the two brands. The acura transaction is a complete mess from start to finish. It has been more than a month and the previous car has not paid off yet. Absolutely horrible experience. Jean was our salesman. He is THE LEASE PERSONABLE PERSON IVE EVER MET. He did not know the answer to any of our questions and provided no explanation to simple questions. He is THE LEASE PERSONABLE PERSON IVE EVER MET. He made us transfer everything to our new car and did not offer to help once. Jean also did not thank us or say goodbye as we were leaving. The worst sales person ever. Finally, while in finance, we were given little to no guideance and when we told the finance director we were missing our car insurance, he told us “that was on us to get back.” AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worked with Thadius also spoke with John. They provided an offer on a 2020 ILX. I received a much better offer from a second dealer. Thadius asked that I share the offer. I did. Recently, my husband and I came to your company on a Sunday. It was an hour before closing. We got out of our car and began looking into SUV's. We saw employees inside of the building and no one came Sunday. It was an hour before closing. We got out of our car and began looking into SUV's. I called back to speak with a manager to let them know what happened and was placed on hold for a very long time. The customer service associate was not very courteous. So, my hubby and I went to Keith Pearson Toyota. We took our 760 credit score and said goodbye. More
