Thank you to everyone at Acura of Orange Park for your patience and willingness to answer my many questions about my brand new 2013 Acura TL. After about four hours of shopping and asking a million questi patience and willingness to answer my many questions about my brand new 2013 Acura TL. After about four hours of shopping and asking a million questions I returned the next morning fully ready and excited to buy my new car. I had my 4 y/o daughter with me and expected a bit of hastle trying to watch her and finish the paper work on the car. However, once again the staff was amazing with me and patient with my little one throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Gigi for going out of her way for me and my daughter. After signing the paper work for the car I felt like my service only improved. Before leaving the car lot a sales person made sure that my car was detailed and the gas tank topped off. Thank you again for everything and I love my new car. V/R Proud Acura owner. More
Terrible most humiliating experience ever!....This dealer has "great" and friendly employees. Sure they will be friendly when all they want is to sell no matter what! I went to this dealership because I made has "great" and friendly employees. Sure they will be friendly when all they want is to sell no matter what! I went to this dealership because I made a quotes estimate for a trade-in and as usual the website sent off my information to various dealerships. I was contacted by several but to all of them including this one I was clear that I was not sure whether I wanted to trade just yet or not. The rest of the dealerships got the message but Gigi Sellers kept calling me. I finally drove by being very specific to her that I was not sure of what I wanted that I just wanted to keep my compromise of coming by so she would stop calling. One minute I'm telling her what I wanted eventually if the trade were to be made and the other she has sent another seller to keep working with me and had left. This other seller tells me that the best way to know what I would qualify for was checking my credit and I agreed not before being clear about how I obtained my income since this is not my first car and I knew the proceedings regarding to the proof of income. His answer was not to worry they would take care of it and a while later he hands me the key to my "new car". One month later after my trade was paid off. I get a call from Gigi Sellers telling me that I have to come back to "down grade" my car because the loaner would not accept my proof of income and later on in the same day Gregory Fouche calls me to tell me that I have to bring the car back and take mine because they could not finance it. A MONTH later. What upsets me the most is the fact that I was clear with them from the beginning and the greediness of selling over powered the professionalism ending up in a absolutely humiliating mess for me. I tried to finance through my insurance company but they would not do it because the price that they had sold me the car (which was used) was 4,000 over the black book price therefor they saw no need to make the loan for such amount. I will never recommend this dealer! More

LOL I like the fact that he only sells the service we need and is honest. He is a total professional. We just purchased a New TL this week and Rey in sales & Stuart in financing went out of their way to help us. Our sales person needed some additional training to handle the customer after the sell. He thought my wife was to picky. But Rey stepped up and she was smiling when he got done. Rey's a good man. Overall good people. More

I was totally impressed the way staff acted. I than realized it wasn't an act! Gigi and Cory were totally dedicated, and committed to there jobs. Along with there, honesty, sincerity, respect, which went along with there awesome personalities. I felt like we all had made a bond, I was made to feel like family. I suddenly realized they were not your average car sales people. The ones that play games, are rude, just in the business to make a quick dollar. These people had heart, dedication, clearly there mission was to make me, as a customer, very happy. They were not just in the game to make a commission. You could tell they liked what they do! I was very pleased in the way my experienced was handled. Extremely happy with the deal I received from Cory. I would not hessitate to do future business with Cory. I will do every thing in my power to make sure every one I know, looking for a new or used vehicle, use this dealership. I have to give you all a 5 star rating! I went into this dealership with way less than perfect credit, in hopes of purchasing a vehicle for the first time on my own. Not only was everyone there so helpful in working out any kinks in getting me credit, in hopes of purchasing a vehicle for the first time on my own. Not only was everyone there so helpful in working out any kinks in getting me financed, but my sales associate Demi St. Pierre found me my 2009 Camry that was practical and perfect to fulfill my needs as a car owner. They gave me a very good trade in value for my old car and worked diligently to get the payments almost exactly where I came in there saying I needed it to be (and that's WITH gap ins!) The general manager Danny was present and always ready to help and make sure that my car buying experience was nothing less than perfect! I have NOTHING negative to say about this dealership and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to get into a great car without all the headaches that can be associated with buying a car! I'd definately return! Thank you Demi, Danny, and the rest of the Acura of Orange Park team for making my dream of owning a nice and dependable car come true! More
