I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX from Ron Wesley and Pierre Mazranny on December 21, 2024. I was informed that the two scratches (paint imperfections) on my used car would be repaired as part of the sale agre Mazranny on December 21, 2024. Since December 21st, I have called almost every day to speak to a representative in the service department to schedule the repair work. On Saturday, January 11th I arrived at the dealership at 7am (one hour from my home) and was told that the repair work had not been approved and was not in the system. In fact, the car I had purchased previously was still in the system and there was NO record of my new purchase at all. Since the 11th, I have been calling every day and not once has a representative helped me or even added my new car to the system. One service associate took a picture of the VIN number and yet when I call, all the associates tell me that they don't see a car in the system. I am beyond disappointed as this is the second car I have bought from this dealership that I thought I could trust. I am still in shock that after purchasing a vehicle from this company that they don't even have a record of it. I will not be returning there for any service. I will attempt a location that at least knows what vehicle I am calling about!!!!!!! More

I visited Acura on a Friday with the intention of purchasing a car and provided a $500 deposit. However, upon reconsidering, I returned the car on Saturday. This was worst car buying experience of my lifetime. Picked out a car negotiated a price and was sent to lounge waiting to complete paperwork. We were never given a written breakdown of the deal. They came out periodically to try and sell us different extra warranty and packages. This was.supposed to be a certified car and eligible for lower interest rate. We submitted our loan application and the lady kept say we were still waiting on it to come back. We were there a totally of 5 1/2 hour. Finally she submitted the car certified documents to loan company and loan application was approved. At this point we still have not received a written breakdown of the deal. They now send us via emails our documents to sign using our phone. As we are going over the documents we realize the price of car was significantly higher than we agreed, The sales manager claimed they were negotiating the out the door price including our trade in value. We never saw an out the door pricing only car prices. The numbers don’t add up for out the door prices either. If that were true we would have basically negotiated A much higher price for the car than their advertised price and the price we were given originally, The math doesn’t add up. This was borderline criminal. The General Manager got involved and he was also trying to get us to pay more for car than what was negotiated.. He finally agreed to honor the deal but we decided not to purchase the car. There are no excuses for keeping someone at dealership 5 1/2 hours and not providing written breakdown of the car deal.
