Pat and the understanding service department staff calmly fit us into a busy schedule. The repair was completed efficiently and the "relax, we'll take care of it" attitude was above and beyond our expectations. We were on the road by 9 am. More

Tremendous service I brought my 2016 ILX in for its first oil change and for the "auto butler" treatment, and there was a loaner car waiting for me and an extremely poli I brought my 2016 ILX in for its first oil change and for the "auto butler" treatment, and there was a loaner car waiting for me and an extremely polite service person, Gary, ready to go over what was going to be done to my car. When it was completed, Gary called me to let me know. When I returned to pick up my car, it looked terrific and all of the work was completed as described. Quick turnaround. I had requested a loaner since I was expecting more work on a 5 year old auto.
