I was sold a Canadian car by another Acura who was cover up Recalls and neglecting repairs like a faulty Rotor up 5 appointments. I attend Acura of Melbourne to hopefully help. The 1st visit the rep Jen B. up Recalls and neglecting repairs like a faulty Rotor up 5 appointments. I attend Acura of Melbourne to hopefully help. The 1st visit the rep Jen B. pulled up the recalls then told me she would CB with Mfg rep info so weeks go by and no call and 2nd visit Jen acted oblivious and was unable to access Recall info. Rep Kristin there did the same with no follow up after weeks. The Original Acura who sold the car colluded with Acura of Melbourne to deprive me of services and since I had more supporting evidence. A mechanic said they definitely correspond with each other electronically and by phone number. Both sides Canada and U.S. are blaming each other and hiding malfunctions and saying cannot use foreign VIN but I was sold the car in U.S. and am American. Manager at Melbourne Chris Glover then cancels my appointment to help with 1 of 4 Recalls the Emissions label. The errors match the Recalls on both sides of the Border with Airbags, Emission, Powertrain. Another is price gouging on diagnostic fee of $150 and pay for these Safety Hazards when I also have Extended Warranty and dealership normally pays for Airbag issues More

He answered all my questions thoroughly and never pressured me into making a decision. John’s professionalism and friendly demeanor made car shopping feel less like a chore and more like a fun adventure! Thanks to his help, I drove home in my dream car, and I couldn't be happier. Me and my boyfriend went to this Acura Dec 31st, an hour before closing and were mistreated by a older man that worked there. My boyfriend was interested in viewing the Integra, while asking questions abou before closing and were mistreated by a older man that worked there. My boyfriend was interested in viewing the Integra, while asking questions about the car he asked if it was within our budget then my bf said yes. Immediately after he rudely asked if he could afford this car, my boyfriend answered yes! Then he said you sure? Then my boyfriend said yes! Then he said you sound awfully confident. After he said that I said to him that’s a little rude to be asking that so many times & that me and my boyfriend make very good money and we could afford the car. I was offended by the way he said it and suggested to my bf we leave and go to another Acura dealership and the man even said Yes I think you should do that! I was shocked by the whole experience. This man was extremely unprofessional and for whatever reason judged us and made us feel like we couldn’t afford purchasing this car. I don’t think any customer should ever feel like this when going to a dealership. I’ve been to many dealerships and have never been treated this way. I will not be returning and suggest going elsewhere. More
