Ken at the service department always goes above and beyond! He gets me in with short notice, gives me a rental car and even delivered my keys that I forgot in the rental! My son and I went to Acura of Maui to purchase a used car in early December, 2020. The engine light was on and the service department kept if a few days to fix it. When we picked it up, my son drove it to w in early December, 2020. The engine light was on and the service department kept if a few days to fix it. When we picked it up, my son drove it to work over the weekend. The car was running poorly and the light came back on. We returned it again and the service department said they would take it to another technician. After about 2 weeks, we were told we could pick up the car but it was going to cost $964 for the repairs. We needed the car so paid it. After only one day, the car was not running again and the light came back on and Acura said to take it back to the technician. This time the technician said it would cost an additional $1500 for repairs. A car we had for only 4 days was now going to cost us almost $2500 for repairs. We did not have another $1500 for more repairs. After multiple phone calls and in person visits, Acura took the car back and returned our initial payment but refused to reimburse for the $964 we paid for the technician Acura took the car to. A very bad experience and a loss of almost $1000 and now we have to find another used car to purchase. Do not recommend buying a used car from them. More

So i told the sales man that i wanted them to fix it and since that day they been giving me the run arounds on getting the part which to find out they havent even ordered the part. So I got sold a car that is broken. They have the worst customer service ever. Dont ever buy from these people. They have no aloha spirit More

Came back to get a new MDX, and it was a different story. I was passed off to the sales manager Linda. Honest and direct answers to questions were, let's say, a challenge with her. I made an offer that was fair based upon dealer invoice and was responded to rudely with bs car dealer claims like "I have no idea what my invoice on the car is" "I added all weather floor mats" and "I am losing money on this deal t the price I offered you." As the owner many cars on the mainland from Mercedes to Porsche to Ferrari, I know how buy or lease a car and am fair and reasonable. Linda is not. Try BMW, Lexus, or Mercedes. More

Bait and Switch I just went to buy this vehicle for the price listed $25,995 and I was told that the price was $28,995.... bait and switch??? Avoid -Sales Manager that plays mind games. The lead sales manager Linda is difficult, disrespectful, and paranoid. Her entire demeanor gives off a horrible vibe. Because of Linda my recommondation is choose a different dealership, even if that means you can't get an Acura. She held the spare key to my car even after I signed finance papers and arranged for a wire transfer for the full amount of my car. So either way the dealership was paid even if my wire transfer failed. I guess she enjoys holding power over others and will do anything to keep it the power. Even if it's as simple not giving you the spare key. Now that's a true powertrip/mind game. Buying a car is painful enough add a Sales Manager that plays mind games equals my recommendation to avoid this dealership. More
