The service dept is fine, my purchase experience was great 7 years ago. However, the confirmation process for service appts is maddening. They called, texted & emailed no less than 15 times to confirm. After I had confirmed multiple times, they called the day before asking if I would be interested in moving my appt. Are you kidding?! Now, that I’ve had my service, which was great. They have sent MULTIPLE emails and texts asking me to review / rate. This is the second review I have given for the same service appt. Please fix! More
