Great end to a long day Totaling our car resulted in a "have to" trip to find a replacement. We decided to travel to Little Rock (a new location) and spent the entire day test driving vehicles from multiple dealerships with no luck. We drove through the Acura dealership at closing time just to look and return home. We were greeted by Connie Farnam who listened to our story, introduced us to General Manager, Adam Culpepper, and together they not only impressed us with their knowledge of Acura cars, but went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car for our needs at a price we could afford. Every other dealership had heard our story too, it was this one that truly put the personal touch into making us happy. Professional, knowledgeable, and caring. A perfect combination for a dealership. Great people! More

I found the car we wanted online using the Acura of Little Rock website. I spoke with RJ and describe what we wanted in terms of vehicle, price and trade-in value. He identified the specific RDX I had seen and spoke with Adam about the terms of the deal. We quickly all came to an agreement where everyone was happy. We drove to Little Rock the next day. We inspected the new car and Adam checked our trade-in to verify it was what we represented. Chris filled-in on the finance side and we closed the deal quickly and with no hassle. After the sale RJ patiently walked us through all the features of the Advanced package on our ne RDX. More

I've been in the customer service business myself for the past forty five years and can honestly say these folks have it down, perfectly. Connie greeted me immediately, even though at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday evening and walked me through the models they had available. She never gave me the feeling she was rushed or less than one hundred per cent committed to ensuring that I had a good experience there. The following week, she and I negotiated a fair sale, and I traded. Adam Culpepper, the GM, and Connie were nothing but professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their products and their dealership's ability to meet all my needs. Shawn House handled the financial portion of the sale and was excellent to deal with. He ensured that I knew and understood all of the paperwork and the products and services I could purchase to enhance the sale. David Barkley handled the accessories I added after the sale, and also did an excellent job.I will always be a fan of Acura of Little Rock. Connie Farnam, Shawn House and Adam Culpepper. William Hyden is on another level of customer service. William was very professional and didn't try to waste a lot of time. The auto detailing department could use some training but other than that all st William was very professional and didn't try to waste a lot of time. I worked with Connie Farnam and she was friendly, warm, accommodating, and advocated for my needs when it was time to negotiate. I left with the car I felt best about, and at a price that met my budgetary restrictions. There was not a single moment where I felt uncomfortable or stressed during the entire process, and I owe that to the amazing abilities of Connie Farnam as well as Shawn House, who walked me through financing--he was especially patient and willing to answer my myriad questions. I truly appreciate the way everyone in the dealership treated me and showed an interest in me and my needs rather than viewing me as merely a potential commission. In short, Connie, Shawn, and everyone at Acura of Little Rock have restored my faith in car dealerships and car salespeople. I cannot give a higher recommendation because they are simply the best.
