This was the worst experience of my 13 years being a Customer. My Service Advisor Micheal Montrose was very incompetent, unprofessional and disengaged. I dropped my car off that Monday morning August Customer. My Service Advisor Micheal Montrose was very incompetent, unprofessional and disengaged. I dropped my car off that Monday morning August 10 and was unable to obtain a total cost for the required work until the work was completed and my car was ready for pickup. I personally came in each day and spoke to Micheal and he would say something like i am waiting on the mechanic to enter his hours. I know that this is not true because all the other times that i have been in i was immediately given a diagnosis and cost of repair. I even came in that Wednesday morning and spoke to Micheal and was unable to get a cost. I also asked if he had an idea as to when my vehicle would be ready and told me that they were still waiting on the alternator to come in and it would probably be the following week. I asked about a loaner vehicle since he could not give me a better completion date and Micheal looked like a deer in a headlight before he stated that he did not have one. I received a telephone call approximately 6 hours later stating that my car was ready for pickup. My wife came in to pick up the vehicle that evening and Micheal told her that the alternator was shipped over night allowing the work to be completed that day. He never mentioned none of this to me. I was looking at the service ticket and noticed that additonal service was recommended by the technician and someone put down that the service was declined by the Customer. I called Micheal Montrose on that Thursday to inquire about the notation and he stated that my wife declined the service when she came to pick up the vehicle which was untrue. I received the telephone call stating that my vehicle was ready for pickup and the Recommendation was not mentioned. My wife brought the vehicle back in on Monday August 17 to get the Recommendation completed. I was not happy that you all do not accept third party warrany "Carshield "but i still decided to get the work done there because it has been the only dealership to work on the vehicle since i purchased it there in 2013. Micheal Montrose was not sure about this either. On Monday August 10 when i dropped the vehicle off he told me that he would file a claim then on day two he told me that you all dont accept Carshield. Please dont think that i am venting because of that decision. I am sharing with you how bad the experience was this visit. More

It is so rare these days to interact with a business representative that upholds their responsibility to their company but at the same tim for Acura! When i am ready to buy a new Acura, i will return to Acura of Little Rock because of Maddies outstanding service.
