Awesome new Acura store! I live in close to the Delaware border below Philadelphia and there are a few dealers in the area but none I was ever overly impressed with. Especially after one didn't know how sma border below Philadelphia and there are a few dealers in the area but none I was ever overly impressed with. Especially after one didn't know how smart key access worked or that the car had bluetooth audio where I first test drove. Started browsing online to see what was out there on a new TL because I enjoyed the drive and from the first (and nicest) phone call from Kelly to working with Derek who found me the one last 2012 TL in a color I wanted, it was easy and fun. I wasn't exactly sure where Limerick was at first but it's only 10-15 minutes from the King of Prussia mall and so easy to get to without traffic. I will be coming back again and look forward to visiting for service--the customer lounge in this new place has to be seen to be believed. Great people to work with! More
Brand new facility near King of Prussia mall! Finally an Acura dealership close to Norristown/Plymouth Meeting area. Nice people and straight forward. Plenty of personal space and help on demand. At 56000 miles I experienced engine failure in my 06 Acura TL. Initially I was told my warranty expired at 50000 miles. When I pointed out it was covered up until 70000 miles, they quickly told a second Acura TL. Initially I was told my warranty expired at 50000 miles. When I pointed out it was covered up until 70000 miles, they quickly told a second lie, saying it was denied because I had a cold air intake system on my car. No way will this cause crankshaft bearing failure. When I pressed them to prove it, which I knew they could not, they insisted I pay $400 for them to find the cause. Low and behold, crankshaft bearing failure. I religiously change my oil with Royal Purple Synthetic oil which is rated for 12000 mile change interval. I went a step further and changed the oil according to the car's MID. Over the 5 year period I had misplaced one oil change receipt from three years ago, showing an interval of 9000 miles where there was no proof of me changing the oil. Corporate Acura denied my claim without a specific reason. They told me it was because of inconsistent oil changes. I will never buy another Acura or Honda again. More
I recently purchased the car of my dreams - a 2007 Acura TL type S...or so I thought. Going to Metro Acura has proven to be a true to life NIGHTMARE! I do believe that Honda makes a great car and if you're TL type S...or so I thought. Going to Metro Acura has proven to be a true to life NIGHTMARE! I do believe that Honda makes a great car and if you're in the market for a "new" Honda/A...cura you can go to any dealer and be assured you're more or less getting a great car for the price, NEVERTHELESS... if you're looking to purchase a per-owned/certified Honda, or in my case, Acura, please PLEASE take it from me DO NOT GO TO METRO ACURA. I've had my TL for a little over 3 months and have had to service so many times I've lost count! 1) As I pulled away from the dealer, the very day I purchased it, the radio and navigational system died, had to take my dream car the very next day and leave it for several days to be serviced . Shortly thereafter... 2) Rear window had to be replaced due to malfunctioning defrost. And then... 3) Several lights on the dashboard had to be replaced…Furthermore... 4) Passenger car seat warmer was defective and had to be serviced. Oh no! STILL MORE... 5) I noticed the car was pulling to the left...took it in...had to align 6) Took the car in this past weekend because the brakes were screeching... $675.00 for brakes and rotors, on a car I've just had for 3 MONTHS!!! This is supposed to be a CERTIFIED VEHICLE I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE SINKING MONEY INTO IT, NOT THIS EARLY IN THE GAME. Oh and also... 7) I told them to check my driver side seat because i had notice it seemed to shift...YES THE SEAT RAILING HAS TO BE REPLACED!!!! Paid the 675$ but then thought how unjust it was for me to have to pay for something that should have not gone bad soooo fast. Called Metro the next day and spoke to Manager Tom McDonald who listened and at times I felt would take it upon himself to rectify the situation, however, he said he would have to take it up with GM June Park to see if some sort of reimbursement or discount could be given me. Nevertheless, Tom called me a few minutes later to tell me that June Park was not going to do none of the above and if I had a compliant take it to Acura and offered me a number to call! More
I am a college grad and purchased my beautiful 2010 acura tsx here. I did my research and went to several dealers. I found a car that I wanted at another acura dealer. The salesman was rude and played the stereotypical salesman bs and gimmicks which I found to be highly irritating and discouraging. Needless to say I ultimately decided they would not receive my business. However I continued in my search and fortunately found OSCAR QUEZADA. He was absolutely amazing and resembled nothing of a stereotypical salesman. He was honest, very informative, and best of all, no typical salesman gimmicks. By this I mean he was there to answer every question, was extremely easy to talk to, friendly, very knowledgeable, yet at the same time was not pushy. He was very straight forward and I cannot express this enough. It was almost like shopping for a car with your friend that works at that dealership. He made my first car buying experience an absolute pleasure which I didn't think was possible. I absolutely would recommend you purchasing a vehicle from Oscar Quezada at metro acura. I will definitely be purchasing any and all my future cars with Oscar at Metro Acura! Ask for Oscar Quezada, and I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed! I have recommended him to other family members, friends and even coworkers. More
I recently went to Metro Acura looking to purchase a new car. Our sales person, Derek, was very professional and extremely helpful. I had a very specific trim/color combination that interested me, and due car. Our sales person, Derek, was very professional and extremely helpful. I had a very specific trim/color combination that interested me, and due to the end of the model year, available inventory was extremely scarce. After almost giving up, thinking the car we wanted was not available, he went above and beyond and in 2 days found the exact car we wanted. He was also very attentive and made sure to answer all of our questions on a timely manner. Overall very satisfied with the purchase of my new car and I owe that to the service provided by our salesperson and the dealership. Thank you! More
Had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. Was straight forward, truthful and especially, J.P who spoke with us for the long time on our first visit. They definitely honor their price quote, and did have the vehicle we were looking for in stock, unlike other dealers who did not and made us drive to their place, only to be told, they have to make arrangements to get the car here for extra cost. Overall a very good, experience and would definitely recommend this dealer. More

Purchased an 06 TSX in Nov06 from Metro. Dealt with 4 different dealers through Internet/email negotiation. By the time I got to Justin (internet sales mgr) i had all the numbers worked out and was able different dealers through Internet/email negotiation. By the time I got to Justin (internet sales mgr) i had all the numbers worked out and was able to haggle fairly well. He also made sure I got the head unit out of my old car. all in all was fairly painless. I also took the car back in April for an oil change. I had an appt for 1pm but they didn't get to it until almost 2pm. However this was on a saturday. No major issues with service but it was only an oil change. More
