Went for service which was done well but unfortunately my paperwork accidently got hidden and only was found after being patient for two hours I went out and asked and my paperwork was found. Loyal client for 192k mi. I've kept up with all routine maintenance by having my vehicle serviced at this dealership at each interval. Even so, the right rear wheel fell off I've kept up with all routine maintenance by having my vehicle serviced at this dealership at each interval. Even so, the right rear wheel fell off on my MDX because of bad bearings. I've since then repaired all wheel bearings by this dealership. Most recently, the diagnostic fee was not rolled over into repair cost as it had been in the past. While making the appointment I was told the fee would be rolled over. Day of the repair, I was told the manager had made the call to not follow this practice for some time. Payment for service at this dealership is by cash or debit (additional charge is applied when paying by cc) Well, I guess it's time to move on to a different Make. More

I recently brought my 2020 RDX in for routine maintenance and a to get a key fob reprogrammed. The key I broght to get reprogrammed was from another Acura that I had previously owned, which I let the dealer and a to get a key fob reprogrammed. The key I broght to get reprogrammed was from another Acura that I had previously owned, which I let the dealer know. When I dropped my car off the dealer told me they'd call my back by 4pm, which they didn't. I called them the next morning for an update around 9:30am and again never recieved a call back. At 11:30am I called again, as it was Saturday and I needed to make sure I got my car back. I was told my car was ready so I went straight over to pick it up. When I was checking out, I was told they were not able to program the key, but they still had to charge me ($100) for the time they spent trying. I expressed my dissapointment as I was told by the dealer they could program the key, and at no point did they indicate that it may not work. If they had called and let me know that it might not be possible and given me the opportunity to approve them trying with the understanding I would pay for their time, whether or not they were successful, I could understand. But that didn't happen. I've since followed up with 2 differnent contacts at the dealer, with no reply from either. I've also not recieved a survey for the service provided, which is a first. Maybe they only send surveys when the experience is good??? I've bought or leased 4 cars with this dealership and was shocked by the poor service and complete lack of communication. Being a loyal customer, I expected more. Generally I don't write reviews unless they're good, but in this case I felt like I needed to let people know, that this dealer seems to have lost their way as it relates to customer service. I completely understand them not being able to program the key, but was more than disappointed that they charged me for work not completed, with no communication whatsoever. More
