Pleasant and exceptional I was greeted promptly at the entrance. I mentioned to the gentleman that I was there for my first oil change. He guided me to the counter and was abl I was greeted promptly at the entrance. I mentioned to the gentleman that I was there for my first oil change. He guided me to the counter and was able to pull up my information with no problem. He gave me an estimate wait time and directed me to an area that was comfortable and refreshing. Shortly after my car was done but they did the unexpected and cleaned my car as well as complete a full diagnostic. I enjoyed my experience and would likely return again. More

He even got up and attempted to resolve a minor issue for me. Tischer Acura would be wise to keep Justin Phipps around and to put him in a leadership role.
