My visit with the Service Staff The entire service staff was pleasant and helpful. They even laughed at my jokes! Got a call from Justin that my tires were showing a little wear on the outside and I could use a rotation and rebalance to insure my tire warranty stayed valid. Car was ready 45 minutes later. Justin and I had a great chat - even showed me where my valet key has been in my key fob all this time when I thought it was lost - Duh. Geat bunch of folks to deal with. More

Professional, reliable service I didn't buy my 2002 MDX at Tischer, but I've had it serviced there almost as long as I've owned the car. Making appointments is easy, as is arranging for a loaner car. The facility is immaculate, the work is done in a timely manner, and the staff is pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I partacularly like having a consistent service manager who remembers who I am(!) to deal with. Highly recommended. More

Service at Tischer Acura I drive about 15 miles one-way to this dealership to have my car serviced. It is well worth the trip. Although I bought my Acura TSX there, I could go to another service closer to my home, but I get excellent service at Tischer/Laurel. My Service Manager, Jason Karlin, is the best.
