30k Miles Preventative Maintenance I was helped by James Grandstaff. He was very prompt and courteous in greeting me and explained all the processes involved in the 30k mile maintenance I was helped by James Grandstaff. After the service was complete he called and even reminded me that I had service points that went towards credit for my purchase. I was very pleased with James.
