Timely, informative and clean surroundings I showed up without an appointment to get my NISSAN ALTIMA serviced. It was explained to me by James Grandstaff in a very professional manner that it I showed up without an appointment to get my NISSAN ALTIMA serviced. It was explained to me by James Grandstaff in a very professional manner that it is best to make an appointment. James wrote up the information on my vehicle and escorted me to the customers waiting area. The customer waiting area is as good or better than I have experienced. It is bright, with plenty of seating, and has material to read or you can watch TV. I did not mind the wait as James had already explained that the customers with appointments would probably come first. Made perfect sense to me. When my car was finished James had it washed and he personally delivered it to me. I asked James a couple of questions I had about this particular vehicle and he took the time to not only explain my questions but he got in the car and showed me how to adjust the items I had questioned him about. Now this is what I call SERVICE! Oh, and they have coffee and snacks if you so desire in the waiting area. What more could you ask for from a car dealership? More

Consistently excellent service I am a long term Tischer customer. This is my second Acura. For this service call I needed to have the driver side mirror on my RL replaced. I simp I am a long term Tischer customer. This is my second Acura. For this service call I needed to have the driver side mirror on my RL replaced. I simply called in and let a message for Justin describing the problem. Within two days, he had ordered the part and the repair had been made. In addition, I mentioned a a scratch on the car body which he identified as simply a streak of road tar which he removed. No repair required. As usual, I left with a smile. JF More

My visit with the Service Staff The entire service staff was pleasant and helpful. They even laughed at my jokes! Made an appointment and dropped off my car the evening before - regu The entire service staff was pleasant and helpful. They even laughed at my jokes! Made an appointment and dropped off my car the evening before - regular maintenance done by 10:30. Got a call from Justin that my tires were showing a little wear on the outside and I could use a rotation and rebalance to insure my tire warranty stayed valid. Car was ready 45 minutes later. Justin and I had a great chat - even showed me where my valet key has been in my key fob all this time when I thought it was lost - Duh. Geat bunch of folks to deal with. More
