Great Experience! The team at this dealership was fantastic. They walked me through the process; they did not push me into a deal. They really wanted to see me get the vehicle that fit my needs/wants. I keep referring to "they" because there is an entire team that participated in the process. The approach seems to be for each to offer their expertise to the process and give the customer whatever it is that they need. They worked well together and made it an enjoyable experience. More

I was not ready to change my vehicle but ov Two weeks ago I took my Acura 2014 RDX to Tischer Acura dealership in response to a manufacturer's recall. I was not ready to change my vehicle but over the past three months Ms Olaniki Badun called me frequently; she always followed up when she said she would and always being very polite. I must say, Nikki knows how to be persistent without being a pest. When I finally went into the dealership she greeted me at the parking lot, we had never met before, and during the transaction Ms. Badun explored every possible option to ensure that I drove home a new car. Worst Dealership Experience ever, Avoid this dealership This was the Worst experience at a car dealership I ever had. The Manager made a price promise over the phone and agreed to honor a price. I have driv This was the Worst experience at a car dealership I ever had. The Manager made a price promise over the phone and agreed to honor a price. I have driven 200 miles to purchase the car and he did not honor the deal/price which he made over the phone. The manager even lied about the car being available in their inventory and when i went to the dealership that particular car was never in their inventory. The sales guy who helped me had no idea of what he was doing, he too lied about the vehicle being in their inventory when asked over the phone. He even pulled my credit report without informing me and I did not even agree to the price they were offering for the vehicle and put a hard inquiry on my credit history. I had to drive back 200 miles having wasted my whole day and 14 gallons of gasoline. Do not trust anyone of these people at this dealership and i strongly recommend avoid this dealership at all costs. They are too dishonest even for a car dealership. I was going to give a 0/5 star for my experience but i guess 1/5 stars is the least rating i can give. More
