Change in Service Program Have had my Acura's serviced by this dealer for may years and, up until recently, I have been very happy. Matt & Jeremy do a great job! However, the Have had my Acura's serviced by this dealer for may years and, up until recently, I have been very happy. Matt & Jeremy do a great job! However, they now have some new people who have been pushing services not recommended by Acura and/or at timing increments well short of Acura's recommendations. Watch out for the up-sell tactics, was not an issue until the past year. Also, I have not found a sales person who will treat me with respect and courtesy since Tony left the dealership. There is a new guy, Leroy, who did leave a positive impression. I'll talk to him when I'm ready for a new vehicle. Would be nice to skip the drive to Omaha of KC. More
