Great experience Brought in my Acura for a new key to get programmed and an oil change. Was quoted 75-90 minutes and I was out of there in 45 minutes. 2017 Acura TLX, tech package Everyone at the dealership was great! Persistent but that’s part of sales. As a young female car shopping by myself I expected them to be super pushy and they were not. They worked really hard to get me a good interest rate! They were respectable. There are two reasons I gave them a 4 of 5 star rating. The first reason is because prior to leaving the lot after buying the car I was told there was going to be a really nice detail done to it. I’m pretty positive the car was only put through the car wash because the entire inside was still super dust and the windows were all smudged. Second reason being because the technology package wasn’t throughly explained. It’s not hard to figure out because the technology in this vehicle is subpar compared to other 2017 brand vehicles which is pretty disappointing considering it’s supposed to be a luxury car. The technology package doesn’t even include something as basic as remote start. Overall, that’s my fault for not paying closer attention would have just been nice to have aspects of the package pointed out better. I think having the label of “technology package” is pretty deceiving in this case. Think the car was a bit over priced based on lack of technology included. More
