Problem at Fair Time I was in town for the fair and my RDX wouldn’t start. The service department agreed to check out the car when I could get it in. It just needed a new battery, but they handled my problem efficiently and got me back on track for my weekend with renewed confidence in my vehicle. I highly recommend this dealer and service center. Excellent customer service. This was a scheduled repair visit for specific issues with my vehicle. They provided a loaner, and sent a text so I had confirmation they had started, This was a scheduled repair visit for specific issues with my vehicle. They provided a loaner, and sent a text so I had confirmation they had started, which also allowed me to text them with questions. I received a call in the afternoon advising me of the status and that parts had been ordered so the repair would not be done until the next day, but I was to keep the loaner until the repair was complete. The car was done the next day as promised. Unfortunately, the same issues occurred two days later even though they followed a manufacturer technical bulletin to complete the repair. Matt sent me a text to check on the car shortly after the problems occurred and I let him know the issue. He was extremely accommodating and said they would have a loaner available at my convenience and an opening in the shop whenever I wanted to bring the vehicle back. So, the end result is yet to be determined, but bottom line is Matt Johnson and his team understand customer service and I will continue to entrust him with my vehicle service. More

Excellent Consistent Service! I scheduled a routine maintenance visit for my Acura TL SH-AWD. In addition, I had three tire valves leaking after a recent installation of new tires I scheduled a routine maintenance visit for my Acura TL SH-AWD. In addition, I had three tire valves leaking after a recent installation of new tires. The valves were part of the guarantee when the tires were installed and were fixed at no cost. The service was friendly, prompt, and efficient. I'm always happy with the service provided. More

Diligent Service Encountered a minor raddle in 2018 RDX. Rode with a service technician to assist in identifying what I was hearing. Technician dropped me off at my office and the dealership provided a loaner vehicle when the raddle could not be found same day. They kept at it and were able to identify and correct the issue the following day. Provided car wash prior to my picking up vehicle. It was a very minor issue but they understood how annoying a minor raddle can be. More
